Appointment reminders are automatically sent out by the system one day prior to the appointment as a complimentary feature. Please do not rely on them as your primary way of remembering your appointment. Though rare, technical difficulties could possibly occur that may prevent you from receiving the reminder.
Examples of this might be:
- Your mailbox is full and the email is bounced back to the system.
- There is a problem in transmitting the text from my system to your cell phone.
- The number or email you have identified as your reminder contact is incorrect.)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time. This will prevent you from being charged a no-show fee.
