Please read about our cancellation policy.

Your appointment is a time that is reserved for you.  No one else can schedule that time unless you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment so please cancel or reschedule within this time frame.  Failure to cancel without giving appropriate notice will result in a no show fee of $75 which will be automatically billed to the credit card on file at the close of the business day of your missed appointment.  You may cancel your appointment by clicking the “schedule an appointment” link located on this website.  It will take you to the client portal where you can log in and then cancel or re-schedule.

*The Difference Between Canceling and Re-Scheduling*

Re-scheduling occurs when one cancels the reserved appointment at least 24hrs in advance and then schedules an appointment at another time.  A cancellation occurs when one cancels an appointment with less than 24 hrs. notice regardless if another appointment is scheduled. Patterns of canceling and/or re-scheduling may be viewed as non-compliance with the therapeutic treatment plan.  If this occurs, we may need to discuss other options for treatment.

Non-compliance with the treatment plan and/or the consent agreement is grounds for termination of services.
